We offer two simple optional post-processing services, designed to save you time, labour, gold loss and headaches. They're charged separately from casting and metal processing fees, so you can see exactly where your money’s going. No bundling, no guesswork. Some of our clients prefer a "clip n ship" service (no post-processing options) whilst others want their castings "clean n lean" (with post-processing), we cater for both, without playing hide-and-seek with your margins.

After casting, all casting trees are acid-bathed to remove investment powder and oxides. From there, we perform a premium surface treatment using a precision-calibrated vapour honing system that combines nano micro-glass beads, water, and high-pressure air. This process gently removes the raw casting skin, including all surface oxides, leaving a smooth, ultra-satin finish.

This is a true micro-abrasive process, removing an average of 1 micron across the entire piece. We refuse to use coarse grits to create a deeper shine, as that only masks surface porosity, leaving your jewellers to discover it once sanding or filing begins. If there’s any surface porosity present in our castings (which is rare), our fine media will reveal it, not hide it.
